I'm going back to Broadway! I'll be playing Grantaire (Covering Enjolras and Javert)in the Broadway Revival of Les Miserables! We start previews Oct. 22 at the Broadhurst Theatre, and open officially Nov. 9. Its a limited run of 6 months, so go out and get your tickets now!
"I am the Vampire Lestat, and I will live forever!" Well, not quite! We laid the brat prince to rest a few weeks ago. Such a shame. What a wonderful experience! And a piece that certain entities simply didn't want to exist. I thank everyone who invested so much to see us perform. This story means so much to SO many. It's AMAZING! Thank you all for your presence, energy, gifts, and support. I know we all (in the cast) wish we could have brought Lestat to everyone who wanted to see it. We simply weren't given the time. Good news! I will be taking over for Rodney Hicks in the Off Broadway production of "Jacques Brel Is Alive And Well And Living In Paris" at the Zipper Theatre (W37 btw 8 and 9th Ave). Many have already heard through the grapevine, but I had to wait till everything was official to let it out here. I'm thrilled to be involved in this show! Dark, subversive, and sweet with incredible songs, and a fantastic cast (Robert Cuccioli, Gay Marshall, and Nataczia Diaz). My first performance will be on the 10th of July. Roderick Hill (Nicolas in Lestat) and I have been writing new songs (everyday of Lestat performances, in the intermission), and hope to have a project started soon. We'll see!
